The Peer Mentorship Program

Join the UVic Women in Science Peer Mentorship Program, a dynamic initiative uniting STEM enthusiasts since September 2019. We extend mentorship to undergraduate and early graduate students, pairing them with seasoned mentors who share their career and academic aspirations. As mentees gain invaluable program insights, mentors cultivate leadership and mentorship skills, while both forge connections with fellow determined and motivated UVic STEM peers, creating a vibrant and empowering community.

The UVic Women in Science Peer Mentorship Program (PMP) provides an exciting chance for both undergraduate and graduate students in the fields of Science and Engineering at UVic to connect with seasoned peer mentors. These mentors can be advanced undergraduates, graduate students, or even medical school students, offering valuable guidance and support on your academic and career journey.
