Designed for women entering, upskilling or pivoting to careers in STEM, skilled trades and leadership, our programs provide women with the opportunity to receive guidance, support and encouragement as they progress in their careers.”

The Rosie 1:1 Mentoring Program:

For women seeking career acceleration, The Rosie 1:1 Mentoring Program offers a FREE six-month opportunity. Participants are paired with mentors who share their industry or career goals. Despite geographical distances, mentorship happens virtually. Access to a private LinkedIn group ensures networking opportunities and a completion certificate awaits.

The Rosie Peer Group Mentoring Program:

Elevate your career with The Rosie Peer Group Mentoring Program! This FREE one-year initiative creates a supportive environment for women in STEM, skilled trades, and leadership. Monthly two-hour meetings in peer groups tailored to industry, seniority, and goals foster camaraderie, discussions, and guidance. Virtual connections bridge geographical gaps, and a dedicated LinkedIn group facilitates networking. Upon completion, participants receive a certificate.
