Do you want to be a doctor? Are you curious about medical school? Find out how you could earn your MD on Vancouver Island with the Island Medical Program (IMP), which delivers UBC's Doctor of Medicine Program in collaboration with the University of Victoria and Island Health.

Dr. Shahin Shirzad, Assistant Dean of Admissions, will host this special information session along with current IMP students and the IMP admissions coordinator. You’ll learn about the UBC Doctor of Medicine program (known as the UBC MD Undergraduate Program) and the IMP, our admissions process, what it takes to become a doctor, and what it’s like being in medical school.
